For your convenience Homepage Concepts accepts cash, checks, money orders & the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, & Discover Card.

How long will it take to complete my website? Due to the complexity or the simplicity that you choose for your website time frames will vary. The average site takes about one to two weeks to complete. Before design starts we will finalize and agree to an anticipated completion date.

Domain Name Questions
What is a domain name?
A domain name is a unique name the takes visitors to your websites homepage (i.e., www.HomepageConcepts.com). If your company does not own a domain name we can help choose and register an appropriate domain name for your business.

Do I need to register a domain name? Do I really need a domain name?
If your company currently does not own a domain name we can help with registration. Having a domain name is a critical step in owning a website; this is how your visitors will find your site.

Can I use a domain name I already own?
Yes. If you already own a domain name we can link your domain name to your new website. Don't worry, we will fill out all the paperwork and make sure a smooth transfer takes place.

How much do you charge for website design services?
Due to the complexity or the simplicity that you choose for your website as well as the various products and services that we offer prices will vary. Homepage Concepts does offer packages to meet just about everyones budget and needs.

How much do you charge for website hosting?
Homepage Concepts basic rate for website hosting is $9.95 per month. Please keep in mind this is our hosting starter package, depending on the needs of your business (i.e., e-commerce) a more robust solution may be needed. For additional information, please contact us.

What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are as follows:
- If the total project cost is $500.00 or more then
- 50% is due upon start of project
- 50% is due upon completion
- If the total project cost is below $500.00 then
- 100% is due before work will begin
Some products and services are billed up front. For example, domain names, hosting charges, and Licensing fees (if applicable). These are examples and may not be a complete list. Please contact us with any questions.
