Secure Socket Layers Encryption (SSL)
A secure WWW server uses the Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology to establish an encrypted connection between the WWW server and the client. The SSL Protocol is designed to provide privacy between two communicating applications (a client and a server). Second, the protocol is designed to authenticate the server, and optionally the client. This is great if your customers will be submitting private information to you via the web such as: credit card information, personal account information, addresses, etc.

Password Protected Pages
One of Homepage Concepts primary concerns is security. With password protection we can password protect selected pages, folders or directories for added security. This will limit access to authorized individuals only.
In addition to these two added security features Homepage concepts takes every step to protect your personal web server and your customers.
